As principal of Lincoln Elementary, I have witnessed firsthand the tranformation that has taken place in the lives of our students and staff since the implementation of the Changing Lives character education and life skills program. We have developed a common language that allows us to focus on areas of agreement. This has created unity. Students care about their school and are taking pride in their school and themselves. |

North Junior High School first implemented the Changing Lives character education and life skills program in 2004 while I was Principal there. We needed a program that would help us improve school climate and student behavior. We were also looking for something that would help us deal with the issue of motivation to succeed. It worked very, very well; and we were absolutely astounded. |
